The excellent product developement cycle in 5 steps

Raw material check
All the materials used in the production cycle of our shoes are selected according to high quality standards in order to manufacture valuable products
Once stocked the products are subjcted to quality checks. The control is executed in the factory laboratories by the means of modern machinery or rather in specialized laboratories to check the product standard compliance
Material cutting
Leather, padding, stiff insert parts and insoles are cut by modern, programmable, electronic shearing machines to minimise losses and ensure a perfect balance between sheared parts and cutting-knives

Upper stitching
A company advantage and a positive product plus, as a result of the more than thirty-year experience, is the optimization of the stiching process, carefully planned for every single article, to make sure all the items are manufactured as best as possible, both in the product assembley and in the use of advanced machinery for the shoe sector. The manufactured upper is submitted to a double check: in the manual conveyor during the production and in the semifinished product warehouse once the binding is over.
Bottom assembley
The stiched uppers are assembled to bottom-units thanks to two main productive techniques: direct polyurethan injection of bottom-units or the assembley of pre-lasted soles. The upper, provided with sole, has definitively become a shoe: only finishing and packaging are missing to make items avabaible for customers on stores.

Shoe finishing
Shoe are polished, lasted and brushed, provided with insoles, enlaced, submitted to a very careful quality check, enriched with appropriate gadgets and hanging labels and eventually packed. The shoe production cycle is now completed and the the end-product merchandised in the best shoe stores throughout the world
